CLIMATE SALON
Where Dialogue Drives Action
At Climate Salon, we build connections to empower action, turning ideas into impact.

Climate Salons bring together stakeholders to explore climate solutions in a collaborative, creative setting. Grounded in curiosity and shared purpose, each gathering connects the people, ideas, and resources moving climate commercialization forward.

We believe that trust is what will move the needle on climate initiatives faster, and that trust is built through genuine engagement.

WHAT WE DO
Through curated gatherings — our Salons — we turn learning and networking into tangible climate action.

Learn
Every event welcomes the climate-curious and centers experts. Our Salons spark learning across disciplines and inspire new perspectives on what’s possible.

Network
Climate Salons foster genuine community across public and private sectors, sparking the ideas and partnerships, and that lay the foundation for the next climate breakthrough.

Act
More than dialogue, Climate Salon is about doing—uniting the right people to turn ideas into tangible climate outcomes.
Because connection starts with a conversation, and those conversations have the power to reshape how we work together for a livable future.
What started with a spark has grown into a community of 2,500+ people, 20+ events across 3+ cities, and collaborations with 50+ startups and 100+ organizations. These connections create momentum; helping people land their first roles in climate, test ideas through pilot sites, and secure investment to take their work to the next stage.

OUR ROOTS
Behind the Movement
Climate Salon began in late 2023 when founder Victoria Pisini invited a few friends in climate to her living room. They realized that even though each approached climate from a different lens —from investors, to corporates, startups, academia and more —they all had a shared goal: accelerating the commercialization of climate solutions. They missed open, hopeful conversations and the spaces that inspired ideation in the climate ecosystem. What started as a small gathering quickly grew into a community built on trust, curiosity, and collaboration.

The first official Salon at MIT in spring 2024 confirmed the idea: guests from startups, policy, finance, and community groups wanted to continue the conversation and bring in new voices. From these early gatherings, Climate Salon has grown into a 501(c)3 nonprofit devoted to breaking down silos in the climate space. Each salon unites innovators, investors, corporate leaders, artists, policymakers, academia and community leaders to learn from one another, build trust, and take action.

At its heart, Climate Salon remains true to its origins: a space where connection sparks collaboration. Trust moves climate action forward—and trust begins with conversation.
